Purpose of this blog: People and students we all are so curious about our career and we usually do many hard works to get a good job and also to get a career. But there are many companies which used to play with our career like Vcare Call Center. Someone need to expose them in front of the media but they are backed by so powerful people that things get liquid for them. So, the purpose of this blog is to expose them in front of everyone.

Authority and Information's : Many employees and fellow friends have been complaining about the vcare call center, because of their unethical practices. We have a list of ex and working employees who has been suffering from the policy of vcare call center and we will give each and everyone names with contact information if needed in future.

Why vcare a fake and worst company: First of all a company should be known for its happy clients and employees. But the policy of the vcare call center is so worst that people some times get so disturb that they think of doing suicide in front of the company director. Might be the director is unknown of the fact that there lot of people in management who have been doing unethical practices to deform the employees interest and gain self interest. The fact is everybody wants to be like Dhiru Bhai Ambani, but how many of us know the total history behind this personality. He did not achieve all the things alone, he had a great number of very good friends as well as well wishers. Also he always worked for his fellow investors and customers. That is why he succeeded so much. As a one and only General in the army of around 500+ employees it is obvious that things would not be so transparent. However he the director should atleast look into the matter of employees benefits. At least the employees who gets the pride for the company same like a countrymen like Sachin Tendulkar achieved a great pride for India.

Vcare call center is a worst of a kind company with so much drawbacks that if I list them it will take a whole day. The management is totally thrash, poor skilled people are leading the management. The HR policy are totally against the employees. The commitments are false and very worst. The top management except BDM are thieves. Poor knowledge people are handling a good team members. Shocking and very disappointing.
